Seattle Academy is seeking a Computational Thinking/Computer Science teacher to join our faculty starting in August 2026.
The ideal candidate will have teaching experience as well as a solid technical background in software and Computer Science methodologies.
We value and will also consider candidates with comparable and relevant professional and technical work experience outside of academia.
Preferred experience would include project-based learning, differentiated instruction, programming in multiple languages, and an applied math or science background.
The candidate will be instrumental in teaching a curriculum that instills complex problem-solving, design thinking, and student-centered learning of program languages.
