Waldorf School of Lexington, located in the Greater Boston area, is currently accepting applications for full-time Waldorf-trained teachers.
This onsite position has an expected start date of August 2026 and offers full-benefits with a salary range of $56,500-84,000 commensurate with experience.
As a Waldorf class teacher, the successful candidate will understand the development approach to educating both young children and adolescents, observe each individual child with reverence, and craft lessons to meet their ideals, fears and aspirations.
By integrating the arts with history, science, geography, social studies, and mathematics, the class teacher will offer a transformational experience just at the time children are asking, “who am I and what am I here to do?”
Lessons will be crafted to include projects which exercise student initiative and build self-knowledge.
