About the Position
We are looking for Early Childhood (JK-1) and Lower School (Grades 2-4) Associate Teachers to start in August 2026. Associate Teachers assist Head Teachers in all aspects of the life of the classroom. They are part of a two-year program in which they receive training and support both in the classroom and in partnership with other Associate Teachers through a mentoring program. Associate Teachers work collaboratively with Head Teachers. Responsibilities include planning and teaching lessons, classroom management, classroom set-up, providing small group support for students, leading whole group activities with the support of the Head Teacher, preparing materials, collaborating with colleagues, and other duties as assigned.
