We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves building relationships, and knows how to spot great creators before everyone else does.
As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our creator partnerships, identifying, connecting with, and managing influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist and Digital Account Managers to bring campaigns to life, ensuring every collaboration feels authentic, delivers results, and aligns with our clients' goals.
This is a hands-on role focused on outreach, communication, and relationship building. You'll be responsible for growing and nurturing a strong network of creators while helping execute both organic and paid social campaigns from start to finish.
📍This role is open to anyone based in the Americas Time Zone.
⏰ You must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and creators.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve campaign goals.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
