All staff start at the same hourly rate regardless of experience, with a 3-month training period at 1,250 yen per hour before moving to the standard rate.
Minimum 1 day and 3 hours per week with flexible scheduling — short evening slots such as 19:00 to 22:00 are also accommodated on request.
Free staff meals provided for shifts of 3 hours or more, and wages can be paid in cash.
