Work at Marugame Seimen Narashinodai branch in Funabashi City, 15 minutes walk from Narashino Station. Duties include hall clearing, dishwashing, register, and cooking udon/tempura/rice dishes.
Tasks are divided into small roles for efficiency, and you can start from your strengths. Thorough training with manuals is provided.
Operating hours are 8:30-23:00, and weekly shift submissions are required. Under 4 hours of work is also acceptable. Weekday-only and weekend-only shifts are both available.
Deep night shifts (22:00+) receive a 25% wage increase. Wages are paid by the minute, and a salary increase and bonus system are in place.
Staff meals are available for 120 yen, and family cafeteria benefits include up to 10,000 yen/month per child under 15. Toridoll group dining discounts of up to 25% off are also available for family and friends.
No experience is required, and no resume is needed for an interview. Transportation expenses are paid (up to 50,000 yen/month, gas included), and a uniform is provided.
