Work at Ibuki Udon Ekia Kita-Senju, an authentic Sanuki standing udon restaurant located inside Kita-Senju Station in Adachi-ku.
Base hourly wage is 1,300 yen. A 50 yen increase applies on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (1,350 yen). A 25% premium is added for deep night shifts (22:00+).
Wages are paid by the minute. The restaurant operates from 6:00 to 23:00. A minimum of 3 hours per shift is required for shifts that occur on two or more days per week.
Staff are required to self-report their shifts weekly. Hair color and style are free to choose. The restaurant offers a family meal program, which provides up to 10,000 yen per month per child for children 15 years old and under. A staff meal is available for 120 yen.
The restaurant also offers a Toridoll group discount of up to 25% and transportation expenses of up to 50,000 yen per month. Salary increases and bonuses are available, and there is a path to full-time employment.
Bicycle commuting is allowed, and a uniform is provided.
Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N1 or higher is required. No experience or qualifications are necessary, and a resume is not required.
