Week 2 OK. Kitchen duties include making sushi (place toppings on machine shari), cooking assistance, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning. Some hall tasks included. Grip position: just place neta on shari. Simple and quick to learn.
Weekly shift system. Operating 9:00-24:00. Minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
