Cooking duties: take udon orders (hot/cold, size), boil and plate udon, fry tempura and make onigiri per recipes, serve across counter.

Operating 8:00-18:00 (lunch focus). Minimum 1 day per week and 2 hours per day. Weekly shift submissions.
