This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Nakano Central Park, a udon and tempura restaurant on the 2nd floor of Nakano Central Park South in Nakano-ku, Tokyo, just 5 minutes walk from the north exit of Nakano Station on JR and Tokyo Metro lines.
Duties are divided into focused roles - hall clearing, dishwashing, register operations, and udon and tempura cooking - with thorough manual-based training provided so beginners and those returning after a break can get started comfortably.
The current shift opening is the daytime slot (09:00-15:00), ideal for homemakers wanting to finish before the school run or dinner preparation, and weekly shift submission allows flexible scheduling around family commitments.
