Two time blocks: daytime (14:30-22:00 at 1,100 yen) and deep night (22:00-23:30 at 1,375 yen). Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day. No overtime. Biweekly shift submissions. Training 56 hours at -50 yen. Deep night (22:00+): 25% UP. Biannual raises. Trainer role: +300 yen.
