Mainly lunch-time focused with nearby office workers as regular customers.
Duties include greeting customers, boiling udon, frying tempura, making onigiri, cashier (auto-change), dishwashing with dish machine, and checking counter supplies.
Fast-paced but rewarding rhythm.
Lunch-focused shifts from 9:00 to 18:00.
Weekly shift submissions with minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
JLPT N2 or equivalent required.
Wages calculated by the minute.
