Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will own lead pipeline management from initial inquiry through booked conversations and enrollment support. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a critical operational partner to the sales team by managing lead tracking, follow-up processes, scheduling, pipeline organization, and CRM accuracy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-driven professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring no qualified lead falls through the cracks.
