As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to help create structure, maintain visibility across the sales pipeline, and ensure every qualified prospect receives a consistent and professional experience from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will own lead pipeline management from initial inquiry through booked conversations and enrollment support. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a critical operational partner to the sales team by managing lead tracking, follow-up processes, scheduling, pipeline organization, and CRM accuracy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-driven professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring no qualified lead falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Manage inbound leads from social media, applications, email, and other sources.
  • Implement and maintain a lead tracking system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a scheduling system to ensure seamless communication with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and process-driven individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
