• Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless execution of Pingry Summer programs
• Collaborate with program directors and staff to ensure alignment with school policies and procedures
• Manage camper safety and compliance protocols, ensuring adherence to school policies and regulatory requirements
• Oversee logistics and operations, including transportation, food service, and facilities management
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products
• Provide exceptional customer service to families, staff, and campers
• Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and programs
