The Episcopal School of Baton Rouge seeks a warm, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy Upper School Division Office Administrative Assistant for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The Upper School Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the Upper School Division Office, interacting with students, parents, faculty, and staff. The person in this position reports to the Upper School Division Head and works collaboratively with all division office staff.
Main responsibilities include managing Upper School Division Office communications, maintaining division office records (including student and financial records), organizing and implementing Upper School events, and ensuring accurate attendance records.
This position is a non-exempt full-time 12-month salaried position with an annual renewal. The position begins on July 1st, 2026.
