Rodeph Sholom School is a Reform Jewish Day School based on the Upper West Side, fostering intellectual curiosity through a challenging independent school academic program in nursery school through 8th Grade.

The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment, design and maintain effective systems for managing projects, communicate with clarity both orally and in writing, use technology effectively, and balance multiple priorities.
They should be adaptable, proactive, personable, and warm.
This is a 12-month position; additional hours may be required in the evenings.
Hours during the school year are 10 am-6 pm; during the summer, hours are 8 am-4 pm or 10 am-6 pm (to be switched off with the other office staff who will stay late).
During the school year, there are two hybrid days per week. These days are work-from-home half days, and you are expected to report to campus at 1:00 pm for the after school portion of the day.
The Assistant to the Director of Summer Camp and After School Programs will assist in marketing the Rodeph Sholom School Day Camp to internal and external families, maintain systems to execute daily operations of the camp, and assist in summer camp daily activities.
