The Assistant Director of Student and Community Life is a dynamic and student-centered leader who plays a key part in shaping the student experience at Chatham Hall.
This role partners with the Director of Student and Community Life, Director of the Health Care Center, Director of Counseling Services, dorm advisors, the Student Activities and Club Coordinator, student leaders, and other key stakeholders to lead initiatives that strengthen residential life, promote student health and wellness, and foster meaningful engagement in service and campus life.
The Assistant Director supports students as they grow into confident leaders and engaged community members, equipping curious thinkers to lead lives of purpose and impact.
This role requires regular engagement in the life of the community, including evening and weekend responsibilities.
