About the School:
The Lab School of Washington works with students entering grades 1–12 who have been diagnosed with a language-based learning difference such as dyslexia, or a specific learning difference in reading, math, or writing. Many of our students also benefit from our focused work on executive functioning skills. Some of our students may have a secondary diagnosis of ADHD. The Lab School utilizes a variety of art forms (visual and performing) to support student learning. A Lab education focuses on students' strengths, interests, and passions and provides an experiential and multi-sensory approach to learning. The majority of Lab's graduating seniors move directly to college.
The Lab School of Washington is an inclusive and welcoming school that celebrates diversity. We welcome candidates representing the diversity of today's global world.
