Grade 3 Teaching Position Full-Time 2026-2027 School Year

We value strong partnerships with families and a professional culture grounded in reflection, growth, and shared practice. Grace is seeking a Grade 3 teacher to begin in fall 2026. Responsibilities of an Elementary Teacher at Grace:

• Lead a class of approximately 14 students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Teach math, reading, language arts, and social studies through integrated, inquiry-based units.
• Design and implement engaging, student-centered lessons that foster a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and assessments.
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure a strong partnership.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to deepen teaching practice.

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Experience teaching Grade 3 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
