Technical Program Manager - Data Centers

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Data Center Programs. This role ensures technical excellence and operational consistency across large-scale, complex programs.

You'll provide technical support, develop and maintain standardized tools and commissioning procedures, manage warranty campaigns, drive best practice sharing among field personnel and assist in site readiness. This is a remote role with approximately 25% travel.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 - $150,000 a year. A company vehicle is provided and this position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with DOC Managers, SAO Project Managers, and Construction Managers to ensure seamless execution of program deliverables.
• Act as the technical point of contact for program-level escalations and inquiries.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in data center programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional travel.
