The Team Lead Técnico (Java/AWS/ML) is a professional who acts as the main link between the development team and stakeholders, combining agile leadership with a strong technical foundation.
The role is focused on actively coordinating the team, making architectural decisions, and resolving complex incidents, rather than pure management tasks.
The professional must actively participate in the design, implementation, and review of Java code, integration of AWS services, and orchestration of Machine Learning flows, ensuring good practices, technical quality, and predictable deliveries without losing operational detail on a daily basis.
