As our Head of Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of our growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and retention. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value while balancing efficiency and scale. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
    • Take ownership of customer acquisition channels, including paid media (Meta, Google Ads, influencer, affiliate, display ads) and digital marketing (SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing), while also optimizing lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push) for maximum performance.
    • Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize CAC/LTV efficiency and ROAS.
  • Data-Driven Optimization
    • Analyze growth metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on strategies based on performance data.
    • Work closely with sales and product teams to leverage customer insights and drive business growth.
