The Role:
We are currently growing our support to people in the community within the NDIS space and are keen to appoint an NDIS Employment Coach based at our Mile End site. This role will require the candidate to work across our Adelaide sites and within the community to support participants in progressing toward and achieving their employment-related goals. The successful candidate will deliver services on behalf of the Organisation’s NDIS funded employment services – these services include School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), and Finding and Keeping a Job.
As an NDIS Employment Coach, you will:
Support and mentor NDIS Participants to overcome their barriers and build capacity that assists them on their pathway to further education or employment by developing and implementing individualised plans.
Collaborate closely with our Work Force Connect brand at expos and other business development initiatives to promote and support the organisation's needs.
