About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching PE and coaching, designing PE curriculum, and have successful experience working with children and their families. They should be adaptable, collaborative, proactive, personable, and warm.
Work Schedule:
Working hours are generally 7:40 AM to 3:45 PM. Teachers are expected to attend faculty meetings on Thursdays from 3:45 PM until 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
Teach physical education to children in elementary and middle school divisions (1st - 8th grades)
Work collaboratively with PE department and other teaching teams
Coach three seasons of athletic teams
Plan divisional field days
Additional responsibilities, such as Health Education and/or administrative support for the Athletic Department, as needed and based on qualifications
Middle School advisor based on qualifications
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: $60,000-$90,000; commensurate with experience. *Base faculty salaries do not reflect additional compensation based on degree level and stipends.
