You will explain and recommend products, take orders, handle cashier duties, restock shelves, and manage delivery correspondence.
No experience is required — staff start by learning the products and prices, with responsibilities increasing gradually.
Workers from their 20s to 60s are actively employed and those returning after a career break are very welcome.
Those with noshi wrapping skills or prior JR Kyoto Isetan experience qualify for the higher rate of 1,450 yen/hr.
