Lay Chaplain

The Lay School Chaplain will be responsible for fostering a sense of religious identity among the school community while being able to assist the school in its efforts to be comfortable with the language, symbolism, and practice of an Episcopal community.

The Chaplain will host weekly chapel services for lower school, middle school and upper school, and actively represent ASA in the Central Florida Episcopal Schools Association by attending their bi-annual meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hosting weekly chapel services for lower school, middle school and upper school.
• Representing ASA in the Central Florida Episcopal Schools Association by attending bi-annual meetings.
• Fostering a sense of religious identity among all segments of the school community.

• Strong energy and enthusiasm to build meaningful connections with ease across a diverse community.
• Ability to foster a sense of religious identity among all segments of the school community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent ASA in the Central Florida Episcopal Schools Association.
