Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and innovative educator to help foster the academic and personal growth of our elementary students. In this role, you will deliver research-informed, differentiated instruction in a classroom of 5-10 students. You'll also play a key part in nurturing each student's social-emotional development, while maintaining strong relationships with families and faculty.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive Leadership Team that values both professional autonomy and teamwork. Our approach emphasizes whole-child development, with a focus on skill building, individualized instruction, and ongoing assessment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • 3+ years of teaching experience in elementary special education
  • Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction and research-based practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
  • Experience working with students with learning differences, including dyslexia, NVLD, and ADHD
