Director of Development

The Director of Development will design, execute, and oversee a comprehensive development program to secure funding for Madison Country Day School.

As a vital member of both the Advancement and Leadership Teams, the Director of Development will cultivate relationships with donors, alumni, and community leaders to advance the school's mission and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan for fundraising and development.
• Building and maintaining relationships with donors, alumni, and community leaders.
• Creating and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
• Providing leadership and support to the Advancement Team.
• Collaborating with the Leadership Team to advance the school's mission and goals.
