Description

The Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions works closely with the Director of Enrollment Management and admissions team to help attract and retain mission-aligned students and families.

Essential Functions:

  • Support all aspects of the admissions process.

  • Interview applicants and their families across the divisions.

  • Help maintain the admissions databases, currently using Ravenna and Veracross.

  • Participate in and help plan all admissions and enrollment events, occasional evenings and weekends.

  • Outreach to feeder schools and programs to attract prospective families.

  • Assist with re-enrollment and yield efforts.

Education:

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with independent school admissions or enrollment management, experience working with pre and lower school admissions.

  • Proficiency with Ravenna, Veracross, Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, and/or comparable software and platforms; experience with marketing and social media a plus.

  • Knowledge of PK–12 educational landscape and independent school culture.

Physical Demands:

  • This position is primarily performed in an office environment.
