The Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions works closely with the Director of Enrollment Management and admissions team to help attract and retain mission-aligned students and families.
Essential Functions:
Support all aspects of the admissions process.
Interview applicants and their families across the divisions.
Help maintain the admissions databases, currently using Ravenna and Veracross.
Participate in and help plan all admissions and enrollment events, occasional evenings and weekends.
Outreach to feeder schools and programs to attract prospective families.
Assist with re-enrollment and yield efforts.

Education:
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with independent school admissions or enrollment management, experience working with pre and lower school admissions.
Proficiency with Ravenna, Veracross, Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, and/or comparable software and platforms; experience with marketing and social media a plus.
Knowledge of PK–12 educational landscape and independent school culture.
Physical Demands:
This position is primarily performed in an office environment.
