Hall duties include guiding guests to seats, handling cashier, and clearing tables.
Kitchen duties include sushi preparation with clear step-by-step instructions.
Shifts from 9:00 to 22:30. Weekly shift system with minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day. Flexible - adjust monthly between heavy and light schedules.
Weekend/holiday bonus: +50 yen/hour. Deep night after 22:00: 1,463 yen. Training (60h): 1,140 yen. High school students: 1,150 yen.
