Kitchen work is straightforward — the main task is placing sushi toppings onto rice, plus food preparation assistance, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
Shifts start from just 3 hours a day and 2 days a week on a weekly scheduling system, making it easy to balance with family and personal life.
