Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

The Senior Full Stack Engineer designs, builds, and supports high-quality solutions for our member and agent portals in support of RxBenefits' growing business strategies. This hands-on role requires strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies within a microservices and AWS-based environment, with regular collaboration across onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, and maintain application features across frontend (React, Next.js) and backend services (Python, Go, node.js).
• Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technical direction of applications and services.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

• Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with microservices and AWS-based environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
