POSITION DESCRIPTION
Browning is searching for a full-time Lower School Associate Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. The position will begin on or around August 27, 2026. The expected annual salary for this position is $59,000. A bachelor’s degree or considerable experience in the role is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Lower School Associate Teachers support teaching and learning in Grades K-3 classrooms at Browning. This role will be in kindergarten, second, or third grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Associate teachers are responsible for building strong relationships with students and head teachers in order to deliver the content and curriculum of the Browning program. Successful associate teachers believe in and desire the growth of all their students and have a passion for the art, craft, and science of pedagogy.
