Multiple shift blocks: early morning (6:00-9:00 at 1,370 yen), morning (7:00-12:00 at 1,230 yen), daytime (9:00-17:00 at 1,230 yen), afternoon (13:00-18:00 at 1,230 yen), evening (17:00-23:00 at 1,230 yen/deep night 1,538 yen). Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day. No overtime.
