Assistant to the Division Directors

The Assistant to the Division Directors works closely with the Director of Middle School and the Director of Upper School to oversee the operations and division-wide programming while supporting students, families, and faculty. The Assistant to the Division Directors serves as key administrative support to the Division Directors, works as the liaison to the faculty, students, and families, and is the go-to person for all activities and events, as well as daily operations, in the divisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Middle and Upper Schools
  • Provide executive assistance to Director of Middle School and Director of Upper School, including calendar management and correspondence
  • Coordinate division-wide programming and events
  • Serve as liaison to faculty, students, and families
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
