We are seeking an Upper School Spanish Teacher to begin August 18, 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Spanish in alignment with the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart education.
The Upper School Spanish Teacher will work closely with colleagues in the World Languages Department and throughout the Upper School to implement the curriculum using best practices in teaching, including the immersion method, student-centered instruction, and relevant educational technologies.
The successful candidate will also attend all faculty and employee meetings, maintain good communication with families about student progress, participate in the Social Action Program, support the Student Activities Program as a chaperone and/or moderator, and serve as a Student Advisor.
Collaboration with Learning Specialists, Educational Technologists and Librarians is also expected.
