Woodberry Forest School seeks an Assistant Director of Admission to join its eight-person enrollment team. This is a highly relational role, reporting to the Director of Recruitment and working closely with the Assistant Headmaster, Director of Admission and Tuition Assistance, and Associate Director of Internal Programs to support the school’s strategic enrollment efforts.
The Assistant Director will manage a portfolio of prospective students and families, represent Woodberry in key markets, and help drive recruitment, yield, and enrollment outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who values relationship-building and can assess both academic readiness and character. A strong appreciation for Woodberry’s culture, comfort with travel, and enthusiasm for working with students are essential. Experience in admission or a related field is preferred. This is a residential position, and the Assistant Director is expected to participate fully in the life of the school.
