We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and knowledgeable Middle School Soccer Head Coach to lead and develop our student-athletes both on and off the field. The ideal candidate is committed to creating a positive team culture, teaching fundamentals, and helping students grow in confidence, sportsmanship, and skill.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and leading engaging, developmentally appropriate practices
- Coaching and supervising students during games and team activities
- Fostering teamwork, accountability, and positive sportsmanship
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Supporting the social and emotional growth of student-athletes
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all players
- Assisting with team organization, equipment, and game-day preparation
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous soccer coaching or playing experience preferred
- Experience working with middle school-aged students is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
