Varsity Girls Basketball Assistant Coach

Lakehill Preparatory School seeks a dedicated, collaborative Varsity Girls Basketball Assistant Coach for the 2026–2027 school year.

This role supports the head coach in building a competitive, positive program and developing student-athletes’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate will assist with practices, game preparation, and player development while helping foster a culture of accountability, effort, and respect.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Prior basketball coaching or playing experience
• Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and rules
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes
• A commitment to supporting student growth both on and off the court
