Lakehill Preparatory School seeks a knowledgeable, enthusiastic coach to serve as Assistant Coach for Middle School and Varsity Cross Country for the 2026–2027 school year.
This dual role requires someone who can teach and support beginner middle school runners while also coaching competitive varsity athletes and helping develop a cohesive cross-country program.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in teaching fundamentals, developing individualized training plans to meet runners where they are, and creating a positive, disciplined team environment.
