Requirements

  • Lead sports rotations and ensure a safe and engaging experience for campers
  • Develop and implement engaging sports programs and activities
  • Collaborate with other camp leaders to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded summer experience
  • Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive community
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to Pingry Summer's policies and procedures
