The Cambridge School of Weston seeks a full-time, experienced teacher in the Language Department.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, teaching all levels of required and elective French and Spanish courses, as well as contributing to the community outside the classroom.

The ideal candidate is fluent or near-native in English and in both French and Spanish, and has a demonstrated commitment to developing critical communicative and collaborative skills as well as fostering creativity in adolescents.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve instructional practices.
  • Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development of departmental goals.
  • Attend school-wide events and contribute to the school community.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
  • Culturally responsive teaching practices and commitment to equity-literacy.
  • Experience with classroom technologies and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
