Data Testing Lead (Full Remote)

The Data Testing Lead will be responsible for leading data testing efforts, ensuring data quality and integrity. The role will involve building custom queries for data validation, understanding historical data validation, and performance testing for batch jobs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strong data testing experience, including understanding of requirements, data mapping validation, data transformation rules, and downstream validation.
• Technical understanding of platforms and files, including Azure Data Lake, MuleSoft, Databus, and handling of different file formats, such as JSON and XML.
• Building custom queries for data validation between different types of sources and target systems.
• Understanding of historical data validation, full data, and incremental data validations.
• Performance testing for batch jobs, including understanding of current state requirements, development of workload models, associated metrics, baseline vs actual comparison reports, etc.
