About the Role

Epiphany School seeks a strategic, collaborative, and relationship-focused Campaign Manager to join our team for the life of the Capital Campaign. The Campaign Manager plays a key role in advancing Epiphany School's fundraising and donor engagement strategy, with primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day execution of the school's Capital Campaign. This position partners closely with the Head of School, Director of Development, Advancement team, and campaign volunteers to ensure a well-coordinated, strategic, and donor-centered campaign.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented advancement professional with strong project management skills, experience managing fundraising volunteers, sound fundraising judgment, and a passion for education. The Campaign Manager brings a collaborative, service-oriented approach to donor relations and is adept at managing complex logistics, data, and communications while delivering exceptional donor experiences aligned with Epiphany School's mission and values.

This is a full-time, exempt, year-round administrator position reporting to the Director of Development.

Location & Schedule

This is an on-campus position located in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Evening and weekend work is required, including donor meetings, campaign events, and committee meetings. Local travel may be required.

Standard school operating hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Weekly staff meetings are held on Wednesdays from 4:00–5:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Partner with the Head of School, Director of Development, Advancement team, and Campaign Committee to manage and track all moves made with prospects in the campaign pipeline.
  • Manage the campaign operating plan, timelines, and internal coordination to ensure a successful campaign.

Requirements
