Job Duties

Teach early childhood children from ages 4- to 5-years-old. Oversee children's learning in mathematics, literacy, social studies, and socioemotional development while producing rich curriculums. Create a thematically integrated curriculum. Write individual developmental assessments and early learning reports while documenting the daily, weekly, and monthly experiences of both individual and communal student growth. Prepare and implement differentiation for students of various learning abilities. Provide extra support and enrichment as needed, including meeting with students before and after school. Observe and assess students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Prepare, administer, and grade assessments.
