Middle School Substitute Teacher

The Elisabeth Morrow School seeks responsible, energetic adults who enjoy working with young people to serve as middle school substitute teachers.

Substitute teachers are responsible for:

• Directing students to the teacher’s lesson plan
• Providing a caring and safe classroom experience for students
• Monitoring lunch and recess
• Other duties as requested

Work experience with children ages 10-14 is preferred. This is a rolling position and substitute teachers are hired based on the availability of openings.

Substitutes are paid $20.00 an hour.
