The Early Childhood Education Program Lead is a full-time, 12-month position that provides leadership and coordination for all instructional, curricular, and support services within the Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 1 programs.
This role ensures curriculum alignment, effective communication, and comprehensive support for students and families. The Program Lead works collaboratively with teachers, department heads, and outside providers to promote high-quality early learning experiences and positive student outcomes.

The Program Lead will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Curriculum and Instruction
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and department heads to design, implement, and refine instructional practices.
- Support teachers in utilizing age-appropriate instructional materials and assessments.
- Facilitate professional learning focused on early childhood best practices and curriculum alignment.
Student Support and Services
- Collaborate closely with psychologists and counselor to coordinate all academic, behavioral, and social-emotional services for students, ensuring a holistic approach to early education.
- Liaise with outside service providers (e.g., speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling) to ensure the coordinated delivery of support.
- Partner with the Student Success Team (SST) to monitor student progress and develop intervention plans as needed.
Family and Community Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for family communication regarding academic and social-emotional learning.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen family engagement and collaboration in early learning.
Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage the Early Childhood Education team to ensure high-quality instructional practices and student outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the Early Childhood Education program.
