Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support a high-performing sales organization. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong operational mindset who thrives behind the scenes — keeping systems clean, processes running smoothly, and the sales team focused on closing. Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to delivery or account management.
- Manage inbound inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team.
- Maintain and organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources.
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
