The school is a coeducational, PreK-12, college preparatory school located in Westchester County, New York, dedicated to providing students with an excellent education using both traditional and innovative approaches.

We are committed to creating and sustaining a school community that is nurturing, supportive, diverse, and inclusive, where all students can participate fully and achieve their maximum potential through academic, athletic, creative, and social endeavors.

The K–12 Test Coordinator is a cross-divisional leader who ensures that the school’s assessment practices reflect its commitment to integrity, equity, and student-centered education.

This role supports the ethical, accurate, and consistent administration of standardized and internal assessments across grades K–12, working closely with Learning Support Services, College Counseling, and divisional leadership.

This position plays an essential role in promoting access and fairness in high-stakes testing while maintaining rigorous compliance standards and operational excellence.

By centralizing and strengthening testing coordination, this position enhances institutional coherence, reduces risk, and ensures that all students experience assessment processes that are fair, well-managed, and aligned with the school’s mission.

The Test Coordinator supports both operational excellence and the broader goal of nurturing confident, prepared learners.

Specific responsibilities of the position include:

  • Serve as the school’s designated Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) Coordinator with the College Board and ACT, ensuring equitable access to approved testing accommodations.
  • Coordinate PSAT testing for grades 9-12.
  • Administer and manage other standardized tests and assessments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain testing schedules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Education or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in testing and assessment, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of testing accommodations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other staff members.
