The Elisabeth Morrow School, a leader in education from early childhood through middle school, seeks a School Safety Coordinator. The School Safety Coordinator (SSC) is responsible for the overall safety and security of the school community and campus. This will be a twelve-month position, based on the school’s and camp’s calendar.
The SSC shall perform a variety of safety-related activities, including the supervision and monitoring of campus and emergency management planning and implementation, schoolwide.
This position reports to the Director of Facilities and works with the Operations Team. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-supervised campus environment. This role oversees campus access, monitors student and visitor behavior, ensures compliance with school policies, responds to incidents and emergencies, and supports facility operations.
The Coordinator serves as the primary on-site authority during assigned shifts and will act as a liaison among staff, students, families, and external partners to oversee the safety and security of the school.
